Meet the Team

Hello, I'm Rebecca Zuckerman, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and founder of Zuckerman Wellness.

I work with adults, adolescents, college students, and couples navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, and trauma. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who feel overwhelmed by constant worry, self-doubt, or the pressure to keep everything together. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, better understand yourself, and make meaningful changes that improve your emotional well-being and relationships.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should provide both insight and tangible tools for change. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your existing resilience, and develop strategies that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and flexibility. Every treatment plan is tailored to your individual goals and draws from evidence-based approaches that best fit your needs.

I view mental health through a whole-person lens. Emotional well-being is shaped by more than thoughts and feelings. Our relationships, daily routines, physical health, environment, and life experiences all influence how we feel. When appropriate, we'll explore these areas together to support lasting, meaningful change.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and challenged in ways that foster growth. Whether you're facing a difficult season, working through longstanding patterns, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

When you're ready, I'd be honored to support you. Feel free to explore our Resources and Frequently Asked Questions, or reach out to schedule a consultation.
