Our Integrative Approach

Combining Compassion and Clinical Research for Effective Treatment

Hello, I'm Rebecca Zuckerman, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and the founder of Zuckerman Wellness. I specialize in helping adults manage anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout, and relationship challenges, with a focus on resilience and balance. My approach is relational and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection and that each person has the capacity to grow. Clients can expect a warm, practical style that integrates mindfulness and evidence-based strategies.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago and my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois. Over the years, I’ve worked in community programs, schools, and private practice. These experiences have shaped the way I practice therapy today, allowing me to bring both skill and compassion to people from many different backgrounds.

I see mental health as more than just managing symptoms. I take time to understand the whole person — what you’re experiencing now, the patterns and relationships that shape your life, and the goals you’re moving toward. In our work together, we might focus on your thoughts and emotions, but also look at things like sleep, movement, nutrition, and the environments you spend time in. All of these pieces come together to tell your story and to support your growth.

I invite you to learn more about how I can help by exploring our Resources section for insights and tools that may support you right now. And if you're curious about how therapy works or what to expect, you can visit our Frequently Asked Questions page for answers. When you feel ready to take the next step, please reach out to schedule a consultation or ask any questions. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your path to lasting wellness.
