Meet the Team

Rebecca Zuckerman, Owner and Therapist

Hello, I'm Rebecca Zuckerman, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and founder of Zuckerman Wellness.

I work with adults, adolescents, college students, and couples navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, and trauma. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who feel overwhelmed by constant worry, self-doubt, or the pressure to keep everything together. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, better understand yourself, and make meaningful changes that improve your emotional well-being and relationships.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should provide both insight and tangible tools for change. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your existing resilience, and develop strategies that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and flexibility. Every treatment plan is tailored to your individual goals and draws from evidence-based approaches that best fit your needs.

I view mental health through a whole-person lens. Emotional well-being is shaped by more than thoughts and feelings. Our relationships, daily routines, physical health, environment, and life experiences all influence how we feel. When appropriate, we'll explore these areas together to support lasting, meaningful change.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and challenged in ways that foster growth. Whether you're facing a difficult season, working through longstanding patterns, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

When you're ready, I'd be honored to support you. Feel free to explore our Resources and Frequently Asked Questions, or reach out to schedule a consultation.

Jamie Baruch, Therapist

Hi, I’m Jamie Baruch, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and times when life simply feels overwhelming. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while taking the time to understand your unique experiences, relationships, and strengths. Together, we’ll work to better understand what you’re going through, develop strategies that feel realistic and useful, and create a path forward that feels right for you.

My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, honesty, and respect. I want to offer a space where you can be yourself, explore what’s difficult, and feel supported along the way. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy; y

ou just have to be willing to take the first step.
