My Approach to Mental Health
Thoughtful, personalized, and clinically grounded
Clinically-Informed Personalization
I believe in treating the whole person—not just alleviating symptoms, but understanding the full context of your emotional, cognitive, physical, and relational well-being. In our sessions, we may explore patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, examine how past experiences shape your present, and integrate lifestyle factors such as sleep, nutrition, movement, and self-care into the therapeutic process. My goal is to offer evidence-based strategies and meaningful insight that support lasting, transformative change tailored to your unique needs.

Indivdual
Individual therapy offers a one-on-one, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with support and compassion. In our sessions, we might work on managing anxiety or depression, processing past trauma, or developing healthier ways to cope with stress.
My role is to understand your unique story and tailor our work using approaches that fit you best—whether that’s Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or other evidence-based techniques.
This process is deeply personal. You set the pace and the goals, and together, we’ll create a path toward meaningful change and greater emotional well-being.
Relationships can be our greatest source of comfort—and also our greatest source of stress. When things feel distant, tense, or painful, it’s easy to feel hurt, frustrated, or stuck.
Couples therapy offers a safe, neutral space to explore these challenges together. With professional guidance, you and your partner can improve communication, deepen understanding, and learn healthier ways to move forward.
Whether you’re facing ongoing conflict, struggling to rebuild trust, or simply feeling disconnected, therapy can help you strengthen your bond and create a more supportive, resilient partnership.
